Individual Membership
The Chicago Wilderness consortium does not currently offer individual membership opportunities. However, many of the organizations that belong to the consortium do offer individual and family memberships. For more information about joining a Chicago Wilderness member organization, see our member list and contact an organization that interests you. Individuals can also support the Chicago Wilderness consortium by subscribing to Chicago WILDERNESS Magazine, making a contribution to Chicago Wilderness, or by volunteering with one of our member organizations. More information about volunteering is available under Volunteer.

The organizations that belong to the Chicago Wilderness consortium are not-for-profit organizations that have pledged to help protect the Chicago region's natural resources and to help preserve regional biodiversity. Consortium members support the goals laid out in the Biodiversity Recovery Plan and work together to achieve its goals. For more information about how organizations can become members of the Chicago Wilderness consortium, call Michelle Uting at (847) 965-9253 x13. Businesses can support local conservation efforts by becoming members of the Chicago Wilderness Corporate Council.
